Bike service rates
The shop posts its bike service prices online. A safety check or kids single speed tune is $35. The Basic Tune Up is $75 and covers bearings, a basic wheel true, lubing cables, chain and pivots, brake pad adjustment, derailleur adjustment, a bolt torque check and a frame clean. The Full Tune Up is $115 and adds an in-depth wheel true, a full bike clean and hub, bottom bracket and headset bearing overhaul if needed. The Full Overhaul is $295, or $195 off season, and is a full teardown to the frame with new cables and housing.
A la carte work includes tube replacement at $10, shift or brake cable installation at $15 and hydraulic brake bleeds at $30. Build options include a wheel build at $65, building a new bike from a box at $95 and a new e-bike from a box at $125. Labor rates do not include parts. There is also a $15 muddy bike fee that the shop says goes to Ridgeline Outdoor Collective for trail maintenance.
Gear, rentals and the trail hub
The shop says it has bikes of all disciplines on display, cycling equipment and accessories, a rotating inventory of used clothing and gear, and access to backpacking, camping and winter apparel. It also lists a Consignment page. Rentals listed include fat bikes and hardtail mountain bikes at $55 for a full day or $35 for two hours, and snowshoes at $25 a day. It also hand tunes skis and snowboards.
The Ridgeline Outdoor Collective trail hub in the building has large 3D printed topographical maps and trail information for the entire state of Vermont, according to the shop. Many trails are within walking distance of the municipal lot next to the shop.
