• Paid listing upgrade tiers (Basic, Featured, County Sponsor)
• Advertising placements for third-party businesses

3. User Conduct

When using our service, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate business information
• Claim ownership of a business listing you do not own or represent
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our directory data
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our directory data without written permission
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any law
• Impersonate any person, business, or organization

4. Business Listings

4.1 Accuracy of Listings

Listings on eBikeListings.com are sourced from publicly available data including Google Maps and are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing information. Business hours, contact information, and services may change without notice.

4.2 Claiming a Listing

Business owners may claim their listing at no cost. By claiming a listing, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized owner or representative of that business. Fraudulent claims may result in immediate removal of the listing and potential legal action.

4.3 Listing Content

By submitting content to your listing (descriptions, images, etc.), you grant eBikeListings.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on our platform. You represent that you own or have the right to use all content you submit.

5. Paid Services

5.1 Subscription Terms

Paid listing tiers (Basic, Featured, County Sponsor) are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. Prices are as listed at the time of purchase and may change with 30 days notice.

5.2 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. Refund requests for extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5.3 County Sponsor Exclusivity

County Sponsor placements are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with one sponsor per county. If your county becomes available, we will offer you the opportunity to renew before offering it to another business.

6. Intellectual Property

The eBikeListings.com website, including its design, logos, software, and compiled directory data, is owned by Internet Assets and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Advertising

Our website contains links to third-party websites and displays advertisements from third-party networks including Google AdSense and Amazon Associates. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party websites. Advertisement placement does not constitute endorsement of any product or service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

eBikeListings.com is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listing information is accurate or current. Use of the directory is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Internet Assets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of eBikeListings.com, including but not limited to reliance on listing information, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Internet Assets and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your listing content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of eBikeListings.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
