Cumberland is flat, rural, and about as quiet as riding gets in New Jersey. The Vineland eBike shops are the main coverage in the county, and Vineland itself -- laid out on an 1861 agricultural grid over a very large area -- gives long straight farm roads with almost no traffic on them. South, the Maurice River runs down through Millville to the Delaware Bay, the old oyster ports, and East Point Lighthouse. West, Parvin State Park adds lake and pine woods.
