2. North Pathway -- 20.3 miles asphalt (Jackson toward Jenny Lake)
TrailLink lists 20.3 miles, asphalt, county Teton, endpoints Mercill Avenue and US 89 (Jackson) and Jenny Lake Visitor Center (Grand Teton National Park). Bike, fishing, inline skating, walking, wheelchair-accessible. The Jenny Lake end is park land. NPS e-bike rules apply on park units. 3. Wilson and Teton Village connectors
Pathway towns, not separate mega-trails. Shop cards in Wilson and Teton Village are mechanical bases if you are not returning to Jackson. Moose is the park-edge listing town.
4. Grand Teton National Park overlay
NPS final e-bike rule (effective December 2, 2020) lets parks allow e-bikes where bicycles are allowed, on a park-by-park basis. Natural-surface hiking trails are not the Community Pathway System. NPS e-bikes plus the park kiosk beat W.S. 31-5-707 as a free pass inside the park.
5. What this county is not
Not Yellowstone's interior (Park County / NPS Yellowstone page). Not Lincoln County Star Valley pavement. Do not copy a 2-mile Beck Lake loop onto this hub.
6. US 89 / US 191 as non-path
Highways with tourist traffic. Use the pathway. Do not treat the highway shoulder as the 37.5-mile facts block.
Half-day and full-day eBike plans
Half day, town pathway (2-3 hours): Jackson toward Wilson or Teton Village as far as traffic and battery allow. Turn around before the dirt if you packed for pavement only.
Half day, North Pathway sample: Mercill Avenue north. Confirm park rules before Jenny Lake.
Full day (4-6 hours): Stack pathway segments. 37.5 miles is network length, not a required loop. Carry more water than the mileage looks like. Wildlife jams end returns.
Do not: treat a Teton hiking trail as the pathway.

Wyoming eBike rules snapshot
Wyoming uses a three-class electric bicycle definition in W.S. 31-1-101(a)(xxxiv): fully operable pedals, a seat or saddle, and an electric motor of less than 750 watts. Class 1 is pedal-assist that cuts off at 20 mph. Class 2 may propel without pedaling and is not capable of assistance at 20 mph. Class 3 is pedal-assist that cuts off at 28 mph. An electric bicycle is not a motor vehicle.
Under W.S. 31-5-707, an electric bicycle operator is subject to the bicycle rights and duties in W.S. 31-5-702 and is not subject to this title's rules on financial responsibility, driver's licenses, registration, certificates of title, or off-road recreational vehicles. Manufacturers and distributors must affix a class, top assisted speed, and motor-wattage label. Do not modify speed capability without replacing that label. The motor assist must cease when you stop pedaling, apply the brakes, or disengage the motor.
W.S. 31-5-707(f) lets a local authority or state agency with jurisdiction regulate any class of electric bicycle on trails, including nonmotorized trails, under its jurisdiction. A nonmotorized trail means a natural surface made by clearing and grading native soil with no added surfacing materials. National Park Service units (Grand Teton, Yellowstone) and national forests post their own e-bike maps. Posted signs beat this page.
