We have no listings in any other Natrona County town or in the unincorporated areas, so there is no shop on this page to send you to outside Casper. That is a statement about our directory, not a claim that nobody else sells or repairs bikes. If you live elsewhere in the county, plan on driving into Casper for sales, service, or repair, and call ahead so the trip is worth it.

Read the ratings with their review counts. Mountain Sports shows 4.9 across 330 reviews, which is the deepest record on this page. Zeelo's Cranks N Planks shows 4.8 across 46 reviews, and Crazy Pedaler Bike Hub shows 4.5 across 17. HIVE Ebikes shows 5.0 and Electric Bike King shows 1.0, but each rests on a single review, so treat both as thin evidence. The john kumm card has no rating at all. HIVE Ebikes lists a unit number and no phone on its card, so start with its website. Electric Bike King lists a suite and a box-style number in its address, so confirm there is a storefront you can walk into before you drive out. None of the six cards is categorized as a rental service.

Where riders actually ride in Natrona County

The best-documented riding we can source in the county is Casper's community trail system, described by the Platte River Trails Trust (PRTT). It describes separate pathways for non-motorized transportation. The River Trail is the spine of the system. It travels 11 miles along the North Platte River corridor and is the primary east/west non-motorized corridor. The system also includes the Casper Rails to Trails and other trails along drainages and through neighborhoods. PRTT also says the River Trail connects 10 local parks.

PRTT publishes these route lengths, which are handy for planning an assisted ride of a set distance:

• Tate Pumphouse to Ft. Caspar Underpass: 2 miles.
• Tate Pumphouse to Morad Park: 3.5 miles.
• Tate Pumphouse to Paradise Valley: 5.5 miles.
• Bryan Stock Trail parking lot to Paradise Valley Park: 11 miles.
• Bryan Stock Trail parking lot to First Street Bridge: 3 miles.

Tate Pumphouse is at 1775 West First Street. PRTT lists parking, indoor restrooms open 7 days a week, picnic tables, fishing and boating access, Dylan's Park (a fenced dog park), and the Casper Whitewater Park there. Dogs must be leashed on community trails, except at Morad Park, which is off-leash, and the two fenced dog parks. If you ride with a dog, carry a leash and expect other riders and walkers to do the same.

Wind matters here. PRTT notes that Casper often has a brisk southwest wind, so on windy days it suggests starting on the west side, for example at Paradise Valley Park, and traveling east. On a battery that is a good habit: ride the headwind first while the pack is full, and let the wind help you home.

The Casper Rails to Trails is the other named corridor. Our earlier page listed it at 9.2 miles, but we have not re-verified that number on an official page. Secondary news reports mention a 2026 extension toward Edness Kimball Wilkins State Park. Treat both as unconfirmed, and check the current status with the managing agency before you plan a long day around it. We do not list any other county-maintained or cross-county routes here, because we could not source them.

eBike rules in Wyoming

Wyoming uses the three-class framework for bicycles or tricycles with pedals and a motor below 750 watts. Class 1 is pedal-assist up to 20 mph, Class 2 is throttle-capable up to 20 mph, and Class 3 is pedal-assist up to 28 mph. Under state law, the operator of an eBike is not subject to the Title 31 provisions on driver's licenses, registration, certificates of title, financial responsibility, or off-road recreational vehicles (Wyoming SF 81). Local authorities may still regulate eBikes and require registration and licensing, including a fee, so check your city or town rules, including any helmet or age requirements.

We did not find a Casper or Natrona County eBike rule for the trails. Because PRTT describes the trails as non-motorized, do not assume a path allows a motor. Before you buy, repair, or ride

Because the county's shops are in one city, a single phone call can save a long drive. Ask which classes the shop sells, whether it services the brand you own, and how long battery or motor repairs take. If you are shopping for a first bike, ask to test it on a hill, since the river corridor and the edges of town can feel very different under load. Directory cards do not confirm hours or stock, so call first.

Pack a helmet and lock, and bring a way to carry your bike if you drive in from outside Casper. Charge the battery before you leave, and plan the return leg into the wind rather than hoping for a tailwind.
