§ 60-6,317 is the road-and-path rule for bicycles: stay near the right-hand curb when you are slower than traffic, with listed exceptions; sidewalk and crosswalk riders have pedestrian duties and yield to people on foot; a local authority may add ordinances and may require bicycle registration.
